We honestly didn’t expect to love the Ninja Slushie Maker as much as we do. When we first heard about it, our reaction was, “Great… another appliance taking up counter space.” We enjoy buying gadgets, but we’d promised ourselves to stop because they usually end up collecting dust.
What changed everything was the girls. They had a slushie from the local gas station once and immediately wanted one every day. We didn’t take them daily, of course — but Dad decided he wanted to surprise them with a way to make their own at home. Plus, we’re no strangers to frozen drinks when we’re at a resort, so it felt like a fun idea.

The girls say they’re “so delicious,” and honestly, they’re right. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but if we keep using it through the summer with friends and family, it’ll be worth every penny. It already gives me a tiny taste of paradise right at home.
