We recently upgraded to the LG front load dryer after using our old dryer for over 10 years, and it’s been a noticeable improvement in terms of design and convenience. One feature we really love is the dual-opening door — it can either swing open from the side or fold down, which makes loading and unloading much easier.
That said, we have noticed that it doesn’t always get clothes completely dry on the first cycle. The moisture sensor seems a bit off, so for about half of our loads — especially heavier ones like towels — we usually have to run a second cycle.
Overall, it’s a solid dryer with great features, but if you frequently dry bulky items, you may need to plan for extra time to get everything fully dry.
